Cheat Dried Foods Meals

Alpha 6! Adds cheat dried foods meal recipes for cheating/testing. No research required.

Tested working with Alpha 6. I use these “cheat” versions of my mods for testing new builds of the game and my other mods. It occurred to me that these might be useful to others for testing, or for just plain cheating!

FEATURES:
= Adds cheated dried foods meal recipes (very similar to my regular dried foods meal recipes) to RimWorld which have a longer shelf life than normal cooked meals (10 to 20 months!).
= Cheated dried foods meals cost 1 (or 1 of each) raw food type to make.
= Large cheated thought bonuses for eating these tasty meals!
= Large XP value for each meal cooked!
= Very fast to cook!
= No research required (“dry” means lacking water – I think we all understand that).

INSTALLATION:
= Unzip the contents and place them in your RimWorld/Mods folder.
= Activate the Cheat Dried Foods Meals mod in the mod menu (from the main menu).

NOTES:
= Safe to add to an existing save game or new game, but NOT safe to remove from a save game.
= Tested working with RimWorld Alpha 6.
= Dried food meals look just like regular packaged survival meals! I am not an artist in the least, so I use existing texture assets from Core.

PERMISSIONS:
= I do this for fun, so anyone can modify, integrate, re-texture, and re-release my mods to your heart’s content.
